DEMAND FOR TRAVEL TO GREATER MIAMI & THE BEACHES DURING JANUARY – OCTOBER 2015 REMAINED STRONG WITH #4 RECORD RANKING  IN AVERAGE DAILY ROOM RATE (ADR ), RECORD #5  IN REVENUE PER AVAILABLE ROOM (REVPAR) AND #10 IN HOTEL ROOM OCCUPANCY AMONG THE TOP 25 U.S. MARKETS AS DEFINED BY SMITH TRAVEL RESEARCH. HOTEL ROOM INVENTORY GREW 3.7% AND DEMAND GREW 3.7%, INDICATING THE STRENGTH OF THE MIAMI BRAND TO ABSORB ALL OF THE INCREASED HOTEL ROOM INVENTORY DURING THIS TIME.
