DEMAND FOR TRAVEL TO GREATER MIAMI & THE BEACHES DURING JANUARY 2016 REMAINED STRONG WITH #1 RANKING IN AVERAGE DAILY ROOM RATE (ADR), #1 RANKING IN REVENUE PER AVAILABLE ROOM (REVPAR), AND #2 IN HOTEL ROOM OCCUPANCY AMONG THE TOP 25 U.S. MARKETS AS DEFINED BY SMITH TRAVEL RESEARCH.HOTEL ROOM OCCUPANCY IN GREATER MIAMI AND THE BEACHES IN JANUARY 2016 REACHED 81.0%, ONE OF THE HIGHEST IN THE NATION. HOTEL ROOMS SOLD FOR THE FIRST MONTH OF 2016 WAS UP +1.2% FROM LAST YEAR, PARTIALLY ABSORBING THE +3.5% INCREASE IN HOTEL ROOM INVENTORY YEAR ON YEAR.
